Worked once, no one wanted to take my ride. Now it just says failed to find location everytime i open it. Useless.
Do not use this service. I prebooked a taxi and when it didn't show I connected the office and they lied and clained the taxy was mins away. When I checked the app it said the driver was on the other side of the city and over 20 mins away. Next thing I receive a text msg saying their is no driver avbl. I called again and they said to call the local taxy number. Absolutely appalling service.
Dumb app. Give you the option to sign up with a non-Australian number but does not recognize it with a dumb message: whoops, invalid phone number...
Can't sign up with a UK mobile phone number - phone number format logic is wrong.
Where to begin firstly there is never any rides available when you want one even if the map shows where their cars are they vanish when you confirm a ride Tonight took the cake I was actually able to book a job for my partner from carrington st to darling harbour it said the driver was 5 mins away 25 mins later the driver was on the other side of the city leaving my partner stranded in the rain.To top it off the driver cancelled the job and I was charged for a ride I never got AVOID THIS SCAM

Spreads fake news about strikes. Don't blame workers for management cancelling trains.
I wanted to give it a try then got a quote for a trip i needed. Another popular app was $59 and Rydo $95 - $105 no thanks im not paying that much more even if it's a Australian based App.
Horrible app! Followed by horrible customer service from GMY cabs. Me and another person booked a cab near each other 10 mins apart, they only sent one cab and charge my account for both trips. I've called 5 times and everytime someone said we'll look into it and then nothing! I'm still out money from being overcharged but think I'll never get it back
Nice clean driver and polite
